Northvale Behavioral Health is an Oregon-licensed Residential Treatment Facility for adults in Portland. We are staffed 24 hours a day and rooted in the belief that recovery is possible when people are met with dignity, structure, and unhurried care.
Our Mission
To provide safe, dignified, recovery-oriented residential care that helps adults with serious mental illness stabilize, build skills, and move toward the most independent life they can sustain.

Our role is to hold the day-to-day rhythm of stability while the wider team focuses on treatment and long-term planning.
