General eligibility

Northvale serves adults with a qualifying mental health diagnosis who benefit from a structured, 24-hour residential setting. Fit is determined together with the referring team and the prospective resident.

Admissions checklist

Helpful information to have ready when you reach out.

  • Adult (18+) with a qualifying mental health diagnosis
  • Recent clinical records and history of present illness
  • Current medication list and prescribing provider
  • Funding source or authorization details
  • Legal representative or guardianship info (if applicable)
  • Referring provider or case manager contact
