Can my loved one leave the facility?

Residential treatment is not a locked setting. Time away is coordinated based on the resident's clinical plan and safety considerations.

Can they have visitors?

Yes, generally — visits are coordinated with the care team so they support recovery and daily programming.

Can they keep a cell phone?

Personal devices are usually welcome, with expectations that support a calm home environment for everyone.

How are medications managed?

Staff coordinate with prescribing providers and pharmacies. Residents are supported in taking medications on schedule.

How long is a typical stay?

Length of stay varies by clinical need and recovery goals. There is no single standard timeline.
